The Book Benefactor program provides an opportunity for you to donate a book of your choice to the school library. Your book will include a bookplate with inscription of your choice. You can give the book in your name or your child's name.
- Choose a book from the Book List and complete the Book Benefactor Form

CORI Forms are available at the Douglas School Office. Any person who wants to volunteer in the Douglas School for the current school year must have a CORI (criminal offender record investigation) check. CORI checks are mandated by the state for the protection of your children. We recommend that BOTH parents/guardians submit CORI forms.

School Lunch is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (also available for take home on Wednesdays). One Breakfast Meal and one Lunch Meal per day are NO CHARGE for ALL students until June 2026. Please note that any "a la carte" purchases, 2nd meals or bottled water will be charged to the student's account. Lunch Menus are online. Applications for free or reduced lunch are also available online. Parents MUST complete a new application for the current school year. To prepay your child's lunches, use the ParentOnline website or send a check to the cafeteria with this Elementary Lunch Form.
